Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/4 tsp Ground pepper
  • 1 Whole-wheat bread Toasted
  • 1 Large Egg Poached/Fried/Boiled
  • 1 tbsp Scallion, sliced (optional)
  • 1/8 tbsp Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine avocado, pepper and garlic powder in a small bowl and gently mash.
  • Top toast with the avocado mixture and cooked egg the way you like it. Garnish with scallion, if desired.
