Inclined Bent over row
Technique:
- Take the long band by the side with one hand, stand with the same foot on its middle.
- Starting position: Place feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, torso inclination 45 degrees.
- Inhale, exhale, pull the edges of the band to the waist (to the pelvic bones).
- Start the movement with the scapula, direct it to the spine, at the end point pause and hold the scapula as tight as possible.
- Eyes are directed diagonally to the floor, the neck is a continuation of the spine. Suppose a small turn of the body. Perform on each hand.
